Off-Season rates (Oct  - May):
- $600 per week (7 nights)
- $150 per night with a $450 minimum (3 nights - off season)

  Summer Check-in - Saturday
after 2pm, Check-out  before
10am the following Saturday.
 Weekly reservations are
based on first come - first serve.
 A $300 deposit is needed to
reserve your date.
 Final payment balance is due
3 weeks prior to check-in.  
 A signed copy of rental
agreement is due with the final
payment.  
 You must be 25 years or older
to sign rental agreement
Children are welcome, accompanied by
an adult 25 years or older.
